Today, inspired by a post I had read on Inherent Style in LA dealing with pink being the color of LA, I decided to go to town after my morning classes to get a sense of which color represents Bordeaux the most. I had no idea what color to choose but pink was the color I would have definitely not chosen. You can then imagine my surprise when I saw the water of the fountain's greatest square of Bordeaux colored in ... pink !
Indeed, as you may know, October is the month for breast cancer awareness, and for a few years, Bordeaux has put some effort into contributing to it.

Kudos to Bordeaux for Breast Cancer support. I especially love the pink water idea, it can be used in other settings as well.
