Today I wanted to share with you some photos of a photographer who proposed me a shooting. A way to show you how I decide to shoot or not with someone. So today let me introduce you to BigBad Llama.

How I got to know BigBad Llama. Few weeks ago, I received a mail by BigBad Llama, a photographer from Northern Ireland.  He sent me a message telling me that he was coming to Bologna for few days and he would like to shoot with me. In his message he didn't say much about what he was planning but I know that I might wear dresses from a Northern Irish designer and that I may pose half nude.

As you can read, nothing is set yet because you never know what can happen before a shooting ! It all depends on the photographer timetable. 

Why I decided to work with BigBad Llama. You may wonder why, with such vague indications I decided to shoot with BigBad Llama right ?

So let me give you my reasons with pictures.

Something about the boy

Usually when I decide working with someone, I just go through his/her portfolio and select one picture from the series I loved the most. For BigBad Llama I made an exception and chose two photos from the serie "Street Style : Aine Rooney". I chose both pictures from this serie because I find them very magical. I think BigBad Llama really loves colours and knows very well how to use them. It seems like he tends to have on most of his photos colours that really attracts the eye and yet in the two pictures I chose colours are less flashy. That precisely what attracted me because even without them he creates beautiful images, which means that he sure knows how to  use light.

So I mostly chose to work with him because of how he uses the light, because this is precisely this ability that gives an atmosphere to a picture.

I will let you know if my collaboration with BigBad Llama comes to a conclusion, for now just tell me if you enjoy his work !
