This cool girl is my good friend Carolina. I absolutely adore her style because she is versatile, each time we meet I am always wondering how she will dress. I met her at Florence during the Pink Party organized by Luisa Via Roma last year. Not only her style is interesting but also her personality is. Because of her experience I like chatting with her, we can speak about fashion, internet, litterature, blogging, travels, etc... She is really an interesting character so here is her portrait !

Who are you ?
I am a well organized dreamer.
What are your dreams ?
Living doing the job I like, having a family and travelling around the world.
What is your job ?
I write about fashion for an online magazine. I am also a PR for fashion companies, and this mainly on the web. Internet is like my second home.
How did you become journalist ?
I wanted to be one since I was a child. But the turning point appeared when I was at the university. During this time I was writing about fashion for a web radio, that's how I began to have some experiences. Since 2010 I work for Style.it
What do you think about the italian journalism nowadays ?
I read so much magazines and blogs that it is difficult for me to speak about italian journalism, especially now that we live in such an international context.
In the italian context I think that it would be good to involve more young people. There are so much people that have motivation and talent. Then, I think that the fashion world should make some self reflection : they should give more space to new talents and pay them for what they do, because it is right to be paid when you work.
What are your favorite magazines ?
D La Repubblica and Velvet because they have interesting news content and beautiful shootings, I also like Glamour because it gives a lot of ideas and not only in fashion. Amongst the foreign magazines, I like reading Another Magazine and Dazed and Confused.
What blogs do you read ?
It's a long list or I'd rather say that it is a long chain ! I discover new sites clicking on the links of the bloggers I read : it's really a big process. I first open a window, then an other one and another one etc.. I really like surfing on the internet.
According to you what makes that you don't lack style ?
The fact to feel good in what you wear.
